• Plan requirement Management Process
• Scope of work Management
• Handling Change Requests
• Excellent experience in Software Development Life Cycle
• Organize, Prioritize, Validate and Verify business Requirements
• Solid experience in Requirements Gathering Techniques
• Solid Problem Solving and Soft Skills (Analytical Thinking, Root
Cause Analysis, (Focus on, and comply with, client needs),
Proactive and take initiatives, Technical Writing)
• Solid experience in UML and Modeling
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in planning and conducting User Acceptance
Testing (UAT)
• Preferred to have a good experience in quality control
• Experience between 4-6 years
• Able to travel as per projects need
• Excellent English language
