TPS Employs their Expertise for the Benefit of the Academic Institutions

TPS has signed an agreement with the University of Jordan to connect the university with eFAWATEERcom -an electronic bill payment system launched by the central bank of Jordan CBJ-.

The agreement was signed by TPS Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ala’a Ensheiwat and University of Jordan Vice President for Investment and Development, Prof. Ghaleb Sweis. By the agreement, TPS will utilize BillPro to integrate the system of the University of Jordan with eFAWATEERcom portal which will allow students to inquire about their fees electronically or pay it by safely transforming money directly from their bank accounts to the university.

After signing the agreement, Prof. Sweis expressed his pride in the University of Jordan being the first public university to provide this kind of service with the cooperation of TPS, referring that by implementing BillPro, the transaction costs and administrative efforts will be reduced, and achieve a significant improvement in the tuition collecting cycle.

Dr. Ensheiwat also expressed his delight for the agreement, considering it as a leading step for the University of Jordan which other universities will be striving to, for what benefits and values implementing BillPro will be adding to the educational institutions and their students.

It’s worth mentioning that TPS has an extensive experience in integrating systems of the organizations from different sectors with eFAWATEERcom as it has successfully connected many organizations, including Orange Jordan, Al Monasara Islamic Zakat Committee for Palestinian People, the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development, and the Social Security Corporation. The company has also a long list of satisfied clients from private and public sectors across the region, especially in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

TPS Connects the Ministry of Water with Mizan

TPS, the software systems automation and e-government specialist, finished connecting the Ministry of Water with Mizan, the court case processing system of the Ministry of Justice.

With the new link, the legal department of the Ministry of Water can now keep track of their cases, sessions and legal judgments.

“The tie-in with Mizan will save time and effort in obtaining full, detailed information about any and all cases pertaining to the Ministry of Water, the Water Authority, and the Jordan Valley Authority,” said Dr. Alaa Ensheiwat, Chief Executive Officer of TPS. “Now the legal departments of all these government agencies have instant access to information on law suits and check the courts where cases are being tried, the names of presiding judges, the dates, times, locations of court sessions, and the progress of each case.” Dr. Ensheiwat added.

The system can be accessed online so the governmental agencies may find all the needed information regarding their cases, accurately, efficiently and securely. C4Mizan, the cloud-based system provides statistical reports and charts, and streamlines litigation in ways that uphold the rights of institutions and individuals, while saving time and effort for members of the legal community.

According to Dr. Ensheiwat, the success of this tie-up would interest other ministries and national institutions in having access to the system, especially that C4Mizan was designed by TPS to perfectly dovetail with the court system, making further tie-ins much quicker, more efficient and highly secure.

Cairo Amman Bank Starts Operating BankPro e-platform

TPS has completed a new phase of the automation procedures of Cairo Amman Bank (CAB). It has succeeded in applying its e-platform BankPro regarding real estate appraisers and transportation applications.

The BankPro platform aims to automate paper-based transactions, which include the majority of the internal procedures and functions of the banks. It also aims to provide all operational procedures that contribute to increasing work efficiency and promoting the principles of transparency and professionalism of the staff.

General Manager of the Cairo Amman Bank, Kamal Ghareeb Al-Bakri, said: “The banking products and services of CAB, some of which are exclusive, always require upgrading the internal production efficiency through the use of the latest technologies that save time and effort in paperwork rotation internally, enhance the professionalism of the staff and overcome any issues in order to complete the transaction as soon as possible.”

Al-Bakri pointed out that BankPro was part of a continuous and comprehensive internal professional development aiming to provide smart electronic platforms that distinguish CAB regarding the quality of customer-oriented services, and in order to improve the professionalism and efficiency of working staff that provide those services.

For his part, TPS Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ala’a Ensheiwat said that the BankPro platform aimed to develop the internal working system of banks in order to upgrade and modernize it further through an integrated and coherent system of electronic procedures.

“The BankPro platform gives employees the possibility of completing all banking transactions quickly and efficiently. It also reduces the time, effort and the operational costs that are necessary to complete the internal transactions. This will ensure and maintain the sequence and smoothness of the administrative procedures.” Dr. Ensheiwat explained.

He said that the among the advantages of the new application, which had been implemented in several Saudi banks during the past six months, was its ability to modernize and develop the mechanisms of carrying out banking tasks in accordance with the rules and regulations of the internal work of the bank mechanism.

It also contributes to upgrading the efficiency of the staff and identifying work shortcomings without need to review paperwork transactions that requires a lot of time and effort, he added.

The BankPro application includes a range of templates and electronic applications needed by the banking work, such as requests of loans, real estate appraisers, travel, maintenance or procurement of equipment, checkbook, compliance and other banking services.

TPS Connects the Social Security Corporation with eFAWATEERcom

TPS has completed connecting the Social Security Corporation with the Central Bank’s electronic billing system, eFAWATEERcom. The leading regional company specialized in providing e-government services and payment solutions, employed its technical and professional potentials to integrate the Social Security Corporation within the package of government institutions that have already benefited from the services of the eFAWATEERcom system.
The eFAWATEERcom system allows the subscribers of the Social Security Corporation (individuals and companies) to pay their dues through the system interface which is connected to banks and electronic payment systems on the Internet.

Dr. Ensheiwat explained that the system ensures the highest security and confidentiality standards, and is subject to the supervision of the Central Bank. It also allows subscribers of the Social Security Corporation to pay monthly contributions easily and flexibly from within the Kingdom or abroad through banks, Internet or available methods of e-payment.
