Bid Officer

TPS is looking for #Bid_Officer with the following Duties & Responsibilities:

– 2-3 years of experience in proposal development and RFP response.

– Proposal Development: Lead the creation of technical, sophisticated, comprehensive, and competitive bids or proposals.

– Team Coordination: Collaborate with diverse teams, including sales, marketing, technical experts, and management, to gather essential bid information.

– Deadline Management: Ensure timely bid submissions in compliance with client requirements.

– Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential bid-related risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

– Quality Control: Review and edit proposal content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client needs.

– Compliance: Ensure all bidding activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

– Stakeholder Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with all related stakeholders working on a proposal throughout the bidding process, addressing queries and providing additional information as needed from the related resources.

– Post-Bid Analysis: Evaluate bid outcomes, analyzing both successful and unsuccessful bids to enhance future strategies.

– Excellent command of the Arabic and English language.

– Previous experience in an IT company, preferably a Fintech.

– Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.

– Ability to work under pressure.
